Grounded 2 Blueberries and Blueberry Leather
Find blueberries in Grounded 2, harvest Blueberry Chunks, compare leather recipes, and build an efficient repeat farming route.
Quick answer
- The Picnic Table group beneath the tablecloth is a useful early blueberry source.
- The pond and bushes southeast near the Ice Cream Truck form the main repeat farm.
- Knock hanging berries down, then chop them on the ground with the Omni-Axe.
- A Jerky Rack uses one chunk per leather, while a Workbench uses three chunks instantly.

Where to find blueberries
Blueberries grow in a few separated parts of Brookhollow Park. Use the Picnic Table for an early supply, then move to the Ice Cream Truck region when you can handle O.R.C. Bees and want a repeat route.
| Location | What to expect | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| Picnic Table, beneath the tablecloth | A compact group reached through the blanket and cooler route, with Orb Weavers and O.R.C. enemies nearby | Early leather for the first important crafts |
| Pond and bushes southeast near the Ice Cream Truck | A larger renewable blueberry area guarded by O.R.C. Bees | Repeat farming after combat and travel improve |
| Ranger Outpost: Trashbags chest | One or two Blueberry Chunks that do not respawn | Analyze a chunk before the first full harvest |
| Ceremony and Statue areas | Smaller backup deposits | Top up a nearly complete recipe |
For the Picnic Table route, climb the blanket ramp, cross the elevated path by the croquet mallet, and enter the cooler. Continue beneath the tablecloth near the newspaper to reach the berries. Patch 0.1.2 restored harvesting in this area, so update the game before troubleshooting an unresponsive berry.
The larger farm sits in the southern Ice Cream Truck region around the pond and blueberry bushes. Bring a buggy when available to shorten the return trip and help deal with enemies around the bushes.
Harvest Blueberry Chunks safely
- Clear nearby O.R.C. Bees, Orb Weavers, or other enemies before standing beneath a berry.
- Use a bow, thrown item, staff projectile, or buggy jump attack to knock a hanging berry down.
- Follow the berry to the ground and keep it away from slopes where the pieces can scatter.
- Chop the fallen berry with the Omni-Axe.
- Collect every Blueberry Chunk before moving to the next bush.
One berry commonly produces several chunks, so empty a few inventory slots before the run. Ranged knockdown also keeps you from spending time climbing branches while hostile insects remain active.
Turn chunks into Blueberry Leather
Analyze one Blueberry Chunk at a Ranger Station to unlock the leather recipe. After that, choose the station based on whether the current craft needs speed or total yield.
| Station | Cost | Time | Use it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workbench | 3 Blueberry Chunks for 1 Blueberry Leather | Instant | One immediate tool or armor craft unlocks the next step |
| Jerky Rack | 1 Blueberry Chunk for 1 Blueberry Leather | Several in-game hours | The goal is maximum leather from a full farming trip |
The Jerky Rack produces three times as much leather from the same number of chunks. Keep most of a large haul on racks, then spend three chunks at the Workbench only when waiting would block an Omni-Axe upgrade or a needed tier-two armor piece.
Plan an efficient blueberry farm
Start with the Trashbags chest if the free chunks are still available, then analyze one. Make a single Picnic Table trip for the first leather supply and build at least one Jerky Rack at the base.
For later runs, travel directly to the Ice Cream Truck pond with repaired combat gear, ranged ammunition, and open inventory space. Clear the closest O.R.C. Bees, knock down every reachable berry, chop the fallen fruit, and leave after a complete sweep. Put the chunks on Jerky Racks as soon as you return.
A repeatable loop works best when the base handles conversion while the player handles harvesting. Multiple racks prevent one successful trip from turning into a long material bottleneck, and the Workbench remains available for a single urgent piece.
