The three faulty junction boxes for Power to the Garden are spread along the Pumpkin Patch wall. Start at the lower smoking box above the Pumpkin Patch Optical Disk area, climb to the raised box through the root and web route, then continue across the vines to the final box and enter it from above.

What to bring before starting
Bring a Tier 3 Omni-Hammer to break the pinecone blocking the lower junction box. You also need a Tier 3 Omni-Axe to cut the black cable sheathing inside the damaged boxes.
An Orb Weaver Buggy makes the elevated vine and web sections easier to cross. Carry healing items and a combat-ready weapon as well, because Orb Weavers can occupy the raised box route and wasps may threaten the exposed upper approach.
How to repair each junction box
Junction box 1: lower Pumpkin Patch wall
Follow the lower edge of the Pumpkin Patch until you see smoke coming from a wall outlet above the Optical Disk area. Break the pinecone covering the opening with the Tier 3 Omni-Hammer. Enter the box, cut the black sheathing with the Tier 3 Omni-Axe, and use the reconnect interaction on the exposed wire.
Junction box 2: root and spider web route
Find the green root beside a pumpkin and climb toward the large spider web. Cross the web, continue along the vines, and follow the opening into the raised junction box. Deal with any Orb Weavers inside, cut the damaged cable sheathing, and reconnect the wire.
Junction box 3: upper wall entrance
Look out from the raised box to spot the remaining smoking outlet on the wall. Descend toward it, then cross the connected vines, leaves, and webbing. Approach from above and drop into the junction box through its top opening. Cut the black sheathing and reconnect the final wire.
What to do after fixing all three boxes
Repairing the third box completes the three-wire objective, but Power to the Garden continues. Follow the power cord up the pumpkin vines, pass through the scarecrow route, and reach the final power switch. Activate that switch to restore the next part of the Garden power sequence.
If the counter still shows 2/3, check the lower pinecone box first. It is easy to pass while concentrating on the more visible elevated route. If all three boxes show repaired, return to the cord and follow it upward rather than searching for another junction box.
