Grounded 2 Resource Locations and Finder Guide
Use the Resource Finder and PEEP.R tracker, then follow reliable routes for acorns, blueberries, lingonberries, and upgrade materials.
Quick answer
- Analyze one sample of a natural resource before trying to track more of it.
- Select the material in the map's Resource Finder, then use the PEEP.R highlight when you enter the marked area.
- Farm acorns near Snackbar, blueberries on the Picnic Table, and lingonberries in the western Pine Hill Hedge.
- Carry the correct Omni-Tool function, a ranged weapon for hanging berries, supplies, and free inventory slots.

Find any analyzed resource
Search the map first, then search the grass. Grounded 2 turns a material you have already identified into a repeatable route through the Resource Finder and PEEP.R 2K.
- Pick up one sample of the material.
- Analyze it at a Resource Analyzer to record its uses and make natural resources trackable.
- Open the map and choose the material in the Resource Finder.
- Mark the useful cluster closest to your current objective or base.
- Travel into the marked area and use the PEEP.R resource highlight to spot the target nearby.
PEEP.R 2K also provides a dynamic compass, zoom controls, and a scrollable chopping list. Use the list to collect only the amount required for the active recipe, then return to storage before switching to a different farming route.
High-demand resource location index
| Resource | Reliable early location | Later farming option |
|---|---|---|
| Acorn tops and shells | South of Ranger Outpost: Snackbar | Around the central oak in the Entrance region |
| Blueberry chunks | Picnic Table, under the tablecloth | Forest southeast of the Ice Cream Cart |
| Lingonberry chunks | Western Hedge in Pine Hill | Deeper branches within the same Hedge |
These three routes cover frequent progression bottlenecks. Acorn parts support early structures and gear. Blueberry leather contributes to the Omni-Axe and tier-two equipment. Lingonberry leather contributes to the Omni-Hammer II upgrade and several armor sets.
Acorn tops and shells
For the shortest early route, search south of Ranger Outpost: Snackbar around the base where the first Omni-Tool upgrades are introduced. The acorns blend into the soil, so track them through the Resource Finder once you have analyzed a part.
For a larger circuit, travel to the oak tree in the center of the Entrance region and loop around its base. Each acorn provides one top and multiple shells. The loose acorn bits serve as food or meal ingredients, so keep them separate from the structural parts you came to collect.
Blueberries and blueberry leather
The easiest early cluster sits on top of the Picnic Table under the tablecloth. Reach the tabletop, move under the cloth near the newspaper, and look for the hanging fruit. Knock a berry from its stalk with a weapon, then use the Omni-Axe to chop it into chunks.
Three blueberry chunks make one blueberry leather at a workbench. Analyze the first chunk before converting the rest, then calculate the number of berries needed for your selected recipe.
Once your equipment can handle stronger enemies, the large blueberry area southeast of the map below the Ice Cream Cart becomes the bulk-farming route. O.R.C. bees guard this area, so use the Picnic Table cluster until your armor and weapons are ready for that fight.
Lingonberries and lingonberry leather
Travel to the southeast corner of Pine Hill where it borders the Picnic Table region and the edge of the established map. Walk up the dirt hill into the western Hedge, then turn left to reach a cluster with lingonberries on the ground and branches.
Bring a ranged weapon to knock down berries above you. Chop each berry with the Omni-Axe and analyze the first chunk. Three lingonberry chunks make one lingonberry leather at a workbench.
Spiders patrol the narrow Hedge route. Enter with healing, a repaired weapon, and enough inventory space to finish the run without sorting items inside the danger area.
Pack for the material, not the whole park
Choose one target material per trip. Bring the Omni-Tool function needed to break it, a ranged weapon when the resource hangs overhead, food, water, healing, and empty inventory slots. Leave unrelated crafting parts at the base.
Set the Resource Finder before departure and check the PEEP.R chopping list as you gather. When the recipe requirement is complete, return to a checkpoint or base instead of filling the remaining slots with random materials. This keeps every trip tied to a finished upgrade.
